Position Summary:

RSF Social Finance seeks to hire a full-time Human Resources Coordinator (internal title: Senior Human Resources Associate) responsible for providing general support to the human resources function, with a particular focus on recruiting onboarding, benefits administration, and time leave tracking. This position supports the Senior HR Manager with regard to organizational culture and training development efforts, and participates as a member of the HR/Organizational Culture/Facilities team to ensure workplace safety and to maintain an office environment that fosters RSF's unique organizational culture.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have 2-3 years' related work experience in human resources, as well as a bachelor's degree. PHR Certification is a plus. Successful candidates will have experience applying practical knowledge in at least one of the following areas: time attendance (application of FLSA and similar); benefits administration; recruiting; and/or workplace safety. Excellent oral and written English communication skills are required, to communicate complex and/or sensitive human resources subject matter, as well as strong math skills to accurately administer benefits and timekeeping. Candidates must also have a demonstrated track record of strong project management skills, extremely high ethical standards, and outstanding attention to detail. Work/volunteer experience in the nonprofit or social finance sector is desirable.
