Summary:

A successful candidate will be a highly accomplished Sr. HR Leader with a track record of proven results inside a strategic HR organization.

The HR Business Partner will have (7) or more years of HR experience.

S/he will also have several years of experience in a well-respected HR environment and a high-growth digital organization with similar complexity and scale to the company (global company).

The HR Business Partner will be known for his/her deep involvement in and knowledge of the details of the business, not just the ability to provide HR support to a business.

S/he will be deeply commercial and possess a demonstrated understanding of a consumer-driven organization.

S/he will be a great listener and communicator and will be known for developing collaborative relationships within a diverse group of senior leaders with varying style and will be able to work in and through a matrix management environment with both business leaders and HR peers.

The HR Business Partner will have impeccable integrity and demonstrated a level of credibility and business acumen that has earned him/her trusted advisor status among senior executives.

S/he will take ownership of excellence beyond his/her direct sphere of responsibility and set an example of success for the organization as a whole.

Job Description:

Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics

Defines business area talent management

Develops Human Resource strategy to support the business area

Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce

Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals

Oversees the execution of Human Resources practices, systems, programs and policies in the business area

Provides overall direction for Human Resources

Requirements:

4 years of supervisory experience

BA degree in HR or related field and 5 years' experience in HR or related field or 8 years' experience in HR or related field

Human Resources Certification
