Responsibilities:
• Understand target markets, solution offering, competition, etc
• Develop a marketing strategy, including metrics, tactics and required budget to obtain sales leads.
• Define marketing programs including email campaigns, SEO/SEM, webinars, social media and events.
• Execute marketing programs to generate leads; track metrics, analyze results and improve ROI of marketing activities
• Manage marketing prospect lists in Salesforce.com, as well as identify external source lists of key prospect groups.
• Manage installed base customer interactions and email communications
• Adjust marketing strategy based upon the metrics realized
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years of hands on demand generation experience
• Experience with SaaS solutions, targeting SMB or education markets
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and prospects via lead generation programs and manage lead generation programs
• Demonstrated analytical approach, understanding of core marketing and pipeline metrics
• Entrepreneurial, start up experience. Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor Degree
