Zscaler is the most innovative firm in the $35 billion Internet security market, and we are actively working to bring cloud computing to Internet security just like Salesforce did to CRM. More than 6,000 organizations around the world are already using Zscaler - including amazing brands like General Electric, Nestle, NBC, and NATO - and more than 15 million people across more than 185 countries are protected by our systems every single day. We are a well-funded Security as a Service company and we are growing extremely fast, which means incredible career and growth opportunities for passionate and talented people that are ambitious and driven to be the best. We'll offer you an opportunity to make a difference, and you will get to work in a fun, fast-paced environment where you can excel at what you do and help create the future of the security industry.
The ideal candidate will have technical depth, a mind for strategic product and positioning decisions, and a strong, proven ability to communicate both internally and externally. You will drive go-to-market strategies that differentiate and grow our Security-as-a-Service business. You will become an expert on Zscaler products, including what customer pain points they address, how they enable our partners, and how they are differentiated from competitive offerings. You will craft the messaging and positioning for products. You will help drive the product launch process and work with our marketing programs team to conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. You will provide content and create sales enablement documents including data sheets, presentations and webinars. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. We are looking for someone with strong people skills who has experience working with cross-functional teams, as this position sits at the intersection of the company's product management, demand marketing and sales teams, and will have executive visibility. The position reports to the Senior Director of Product Marketing.
Responsibilities:

Market intelligence – Be an expert on your buyers, how they buy, and their buying criteria; be an expert on your competition and how to beat them.
Sales enablement – Communicate the value of Zscaler products to sales teams and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products.
Content creation – Collaborate closely with the demand generation team to guide and develop the ideal content and positioning for outbound programs.
Measurement – Help set, track, and drive the key business metrics for our products, including target lead numbers to support revenue (and work with Demand Gen/Field Marketing to reach them).
Evangelist – Craft and deliver compelling presentations for in-person and online events, not only highlighting your products and the customer problem set, but also the emerging trends faced by your target buyer.
Thought leadership - Be an external (and internal) thought leader about the market, contributing regularly on the company's blog and other social media outlets.
Desired Skills and Experience
10+ years of experience in product marketing and/or product management, with extensive experience marketing B2B technology products
