Position Summary:
RSF Social Finance seeks to hire a full-time Client Development Associate responsible for providing program and administrative support to the Client Development Team, primarily by supporting the cultivation, acquisition, and stewardship of prospective and existing investors and donors. This position works closely with both the Manager and Senior Manager of Client Development.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have 2-4 years' administrative/office work experience, including a minimum of 1 year experience in fundraising and/or client relationship management required (work and/or volunteer experience. Minimum Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred. Successful candidates will a general familiarity with fundraising terms and techniques, along with excellent organizational and systems thinking skills, and strong attention to detail. Candidates must also have an ability to tactfully interact with and make decisions related to serving client needs; ability to handle sensitive client information with a high degree of confidentiality. Work/volunteer experience in the nonprofit or social finance sector is desirable.
