We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will be a key part of the marketing communications team, responsible supporting the lead flow pipeline to our inside sales team. Additional responsibilities will include working with SEM program, content syndication programs, and executing numerous online email programs. The Lead Generation Associate will be responsible for helping to identify new lead generation avenues and techniques and manage the delivery of qualified leads that demonstrate quantifiable ROI. The role includes managing the relationships with existing vendors, and producing daily, weekly, and monthly analytic reports on lead flow and conversion metrics. The ideal candidate will have a mix of analytical skills, creativity, attention to detail and prior experience with managing Marketing Automation Systems, while ensuring on-time and on budget program execution. This position reports directly to the Director, Marketing Communications.
As a Lead Generation Marketing Associate, you will:
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement a wide range of online lead generation campaigns and report on campaign success through Hubspot/Marketo and SalesForce.com.
• Build out and deploy numerous email templates to support ongoing lead generation programs, including trade shows, webinars, regional seminars, etc.
• Working with the Director, Marketing Communications, construct and oversee lead nurture programs, and build reporting that demonstrates impact.
• Manage list segmentation for global online marketing, use A|B testing and develop new strategies to increase engagement and get the right message to the right person at the right time.
• Manage content syndication programs, working with the agency to maintain a steady stream of global leads for our inside sales team and call centers and staying within allocated budgets.
• Manage LightCyber's SEM program, working with the agency, and maintaining the reporting required to demonstrate the quality of leads brought in through this channel.
• Incorporate social media into the lead generation process, including the LightCyber blog, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
• Construct views, reports, and dashboards in SFDC and Hubspot that demonstrate the impact of marketing programs on the lead pipeline.
• Formulate and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that help drive quality leads into the pipeline; optimize key engagement and revenue metrics including open rates, CTR, and conversion.
• Proactively stay ahead of next generation B2B demand generation and marketing automation best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
• Develop and enrich target account organization structure and prospect data for demand generation.
• Leverage Hubspot and use Salesforce.com to measure, track and analyze marketing programs and performance while producing regular weekly and monthly reports, dashboards and analysis focused on achieving revenue goals, pipeline, awareness , tracking leads, conversion, ROI and CPL.
• Identify marketing funnel gaps, and develop process solutions with the marketing and sales teams.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in Demand Generation for B2B software or technology company, with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.
• Advanced experience/knowledge of SFDC is required. Experience with a marketing automation program (Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua) is also required.
• Experience with online media purchases, paid advertising (SEM, display, etc), email marketing, and conversion processes
• Ability to juggle multiple projects
• Be able to work independently and as part of a larger team.
