Location: Wilmington, DE

Length: 6 months

Pay Rate: $54.00/hr W2

CIBER has an immediate need Senior Web Designer/Developer with experience supporting Pharmaceutical marketing applications. This person will have experience working with SIEBEL SFA tools and have a deep understanding of web based development applications. Must have experience with Proscape, software that enables digital medal content creation supporting sales and marketing applications. In addition, this person will have strong development skills using VB.NET, HTML, XML, ASP, and Flash, strong understanding of JavaScript along with the usual GUI design tools and image editing utilities - Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Good development practices such as understands and conducts unit test phase of construction. This effort is supporting a web mobile effort, thus familiarity with mobile application development, e.g. iPad is a huge plus.

Experience with VB/.NET, HTML, XML, ASP, and Flash, strong understanding of JavaScript
Experience using image editing utilities - Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Ability to understand technology and evaluate the impact of software changes on the application being supported
Experience with Proscape.
Experience in SDLS
Good development practices such as understands and conducts unit test phase of construction
Familiarity with mobile application development, e.g. iPad
Results Oriented and Proactive.
Siebel SFA tool experience (preferred)
Experience/understanding of web based applications (preferred)
Business Analysis skills to research and manage new requirements into functional design. (preferred)
Support other developers with technical questions (preferred)
