Our client is a dynamic fast-growing start- up company and we are looking to
hire a Human Resources Manager to join their San Mateo office to plan and manage
the hiring process. This position will also responsible for planning and
administering human resources function of the company across all our offices.
Candidate must be organized, detailed oriented, possess good verbal and written
communication skills, and have the ability to multi-task various assignments on
a daily basis. This is a full-time salaried position. The position will require
lots of recruiting as the company is going to double in size. They just
recieved top tier VC funding.
Responsibilities:
Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward
company goals.
Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations,
promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Implement and monitor Annual performance review program across all functions
Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension
plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance
reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
Requirements:
B.A. or B.S. degree in HR management, Business Administration or equivalent
3 years experience in similar rapidly-expanding company
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Excel in high-pressure, quick-paced environment
Must be able to work on own with little supervision
Energetic and enthusiastic
