The Role: Sales Manager
The Location: Midland, TX or Dallas, TX

Our continued growth has prompted us to search for an outstanding and experienced Sales Manager to provide overall sales growth and penetration within retail markets.

Our Sales Manager will have primary responsibility for product retention at our current retailers, ensuring product saturation and promoting and selling our newer product suite to our existing client base. The selected candidate will work with management to develop and implement a business plan to secure new and existing business for growth. The Sales Manager drives sales and profitability and establishes long-term relationships with the existing and targeted customer base.

Your Required Skills & Experience:

You have a Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business or similar preferred
You possess five or more years experience selling to retailers with three or more years selling to the Non-Food Grocery (general merchandise) or non-alcoholic beverage industries
You're experience includes working for a manufacturer that has experienced rapid growth
You know what it is like to work with big grocery chains and other large retailers as well as small distributors for convenience stores
You have exposure to marketing and understand the process of expanding relationships, setting up demos, and presentations
Knowledge or membership of FMI (Food Marketing Institute) and ACI (America's Cleaning Institute) is beneficial, but not necessary
You are a superb verbal and written communicator and have a clean and professional image
