4 yr college degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems
Job experience: 3+ years of IT application development experience
Demonstrated working knowledge of the entire Software Development Lifecycle
Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate business and technical information, both verbally and in writing.
Within the last two years:
12 months coding and unit testing experience in technical skill set required for role (i.e. VB.Net, ASP.Net, SOA, SQL Server, VB, COBOL, systems integration, etc.)
Six months engagement experience with at least one of the following skills:
requirements analysis, technical specification development, task planning and tracking, or providing technical leadership to at least one other developer.
All candidates must be US Citizens.
Will turn into a CTH positions after 6 months
