Position: .NET Developer

Location: Kansas City, MO

Duration: 6+ Months

Primarily, we are looking for someone with:

· minimum of 5 years experience developing .NET applications in an enterprise environment

· 3+ years experience developing .NET Web Forms

· 2+ years experience developing .NET web services using .NET Framework 3.0+

· 1+ years experience with Silverlight 3.0+

· Primary development language should be C#

· Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies

· Good written and spoken communication skills (they will be interacting directly with business owners/users)

Extra consideration would be given to candidates with:

SharePoint 2007/2010 development or administrative experience
Microsoft ILM or Microsoft FIM administration experience
Experience with Windows Workflow Foundation
Knowledge of design patterns
Experience following a true Software Development Life Cycle and the documentation (tech designs, etc.) and process constraints that it requires
