Job Summary:
The Professional Services Reports Administrator would be responsible for the coordination of all Professional Services and ad-hoc reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management: order entry, double checking accuracy, and uploading completion docs
Professional Services Reporting: (maintained daily in excel)
o Daily Utilization Reporting maintained for each Professional Services Engineer
o Daily Points Reporting maintained for each Professional Services Engineer
o Daily Order Log Report
o Project Hours Tracking for Customer Profit and Loss Report
o Dashboard Report: Order Tracking (new, scheduled, completed)
o Ad-hoc Reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and objection handling skills
Ability to work with management, colleagues and customers throughout the
business at every level
Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point
Enjoys working in a dynamic environment that is both entrepreneurial and customer
focused.
