ActionRun is looking for an experienced lead generation expert to join our team. Our company is growing quickly thanks to an innovative and unique product, with technology truly no one else has. We have the management team, products and recognition by dentistry's Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive even faster growth in the second half of 2011, and we need someone to vastly expand our lead generation programs so the Sales team can bring in even more accounts.

+ You are an energetic, eager lead generation superstar who can lead a range of direct marketing activities.
+ You have a passion for lead generation, strong campaign analysis aptitude and marketing automation skills.
+ You have proven yourself with the ability to drive consumer/prosumer/SMB direct response through a mixture of marketing activities, including but not limited to: direct mail, mass email, website traffic or social marketing.
In this position you will be responsible for creating innovative direct marketing campaigns and optimizing our web site and existing campaigns to generate sales leads. Using a mix of direct mail, voice, email, web/online marketing, webinars and event-based campaigns you will attract new customers and engage with existing customers. Our strong relationship with and endorsement by industry KOLs are at your disposal. Your position is critical to vastly expanding the lead generation machinery and accelerating our revenue growth.
You will be accountable for lead targets, lead quality, conversion, program performance, and marketing spend.
This position is ideal for a hands-on and innovative individual who can take projects from concept to implementation and has a proven track record of managing and delivering multiple successful lead generation campaigns. This is a great opportunity for anyone aspiring to be a leader in technology marketing based on strong lead generation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in hardware or software marketing. Moreover, we´re looking for the candidate with guerilla marketing perspective, who thinks creatively, and markets a brand in a memorable way. You will be marketing to dentists and later, physicians, who operate their own practices. This position will report to ActionRun's Vice President of Marketing.

Responsibilities:
+ Overall lead generation planning & performance management including forecasting lead targets and implementing lead nurturing, conversion acceleration and ROI best practices throughout the customer purchase lifecycle.
+ Promotion calendar and campaign mix planning. Determine the right mix of campaign elements such as direct email, email, webinars, study group marketing, trade events, on-line forums, etc.
+ Develop and implement direct marketing programs targeting new dentist prospects to raise levels of customer acquisition and retention. Track and analyze campaign effectiveness with our CRM system.
+ Work with a Marketing-minded Sales team to create repeatable programs to generate and nurture leads through the marketing and sales pipeline.
+ Deliver regular activity, ROI and performance reports, manage CRM tracking for each program with assistance from our Office Manager and summarize results with recommendations.
Requirements:
+ Track record of planning and executing marketing programs to meet demand generation and revenue targets. Must share evidence of prior results.
+ Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing Sales pipeline and forecasting lead goals.
+ Creative and writing skills to design marketing program strategy, messaging and themes.
+ Strong project management skills and experience, including managing external agencies.
+ Experience with Web 2.0 marketing initiatives: blogs, SEQ, SEM, social networks, and/or video.
+ Passion for technology, creativity to think outside the box and leadership to execute effectively.
+ Track record of using SugarCRM or other CRM package to capture, track and report on leads.
+ Startup experience a major plus.
+ Active blogger on topics such as lead generation, lead management and other topics a major plus.
Education:
Must have a BA/BS to be considered.
