This candidate will be part of a professional team responsible for managing the end-to-end accounting, business and system
process required to analyze, account for and
report VSOE sustenance and corresponding fair value deferrals,
pursuant to SOP 97-2 and
EITF 08-1/09-3.
This candidate will participate in performing analysis needed for decision support and cross functional influence in the
Company's ability to balance the need to meet GAAP requirements while aligning with our pricing strategies and facilitating
the Company's growth model. Requirements:
• Evaluate and maintain data integrity in the VSOE tool and the newly developing application to calculate fair value analysis
under EITF 08-1. Articulate issues and their financial impacts to pertinent parties.
• Calculate and analyze data to determine the Company's best estimate of selling price for fair value calculations. 3
• Participate in projects related to financial systems and business processes. This includes involvement in developing a new
application related to EITF 08-1/09-3 and related user acceptance testing.
• Calculate revenue deferrals under EITF 08-1 and SOP 97-2.
• Calculate and review data related VSOE compliance and other fair value measurements.
• Responsible for month end and quarter end close activities (including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and
external audit schedules).
• Maintain compliance with SOX.
