Project Management Skills
Experience and thorough understanding of the PMI-based Project Management Life Cycle
Lead project team to deliver business and technical objectives on-time, within budget and to specification
Create MS Project schedule using Dynamic Scheduling, and utilize the schedule to communicate and manage the work
Report status, issues and risks according to PMO processes and schedule
Prepare project for governance gate approvals
Demonstrated experience in managing projects in risk and dependency rich environment
Experience managing the integration of employees into PeopleSoft
Familiarity with PeopleSoft HR modules and tables, including HCM, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management
Proven experience driving projects to meet target dates
Experience that will be considered a plus:
Previous experience working with ADP, Ceridian and SharePoint
The project team that will be managed will be responsible for:
Development of all interfaces out of PeopleSoft
Development of a conversion process for loading the employee data
Development of any requested PeopleSoft customizations
Development to meet reporting requirements
