The key responsibilities of the Account Management Specialist include:
Managing existing client and affiliate network relationships and drive revenue through regular and direct contact;
Building productive long-term relationships with existing clients;
Managing all aspects of campaigns to meet client objectives;
Communicating with clients to ensure timely and accurate campaign targets, launches and optimization;
Looking for opportunities to increase payouts;
Ensuring clients receive superior customer service using creativity, responsiveness, and strong interpersonal skills;
Timely and strategic follow through on all account requests;
Renewing accounts;
Reconciling delivery and billing;
Tradeshow participation.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent from top school;
Excellent writing and presentation skills;
Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills;
Ability to collaborate with sales, marketing and engineering teams;
Strong technical skills including Internet applications;
Account management experience preferred.
