DIRECTOR OF MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
What you will do:
We're looking for a smart, talented and experienced messaging and marketing communications professional with IT services domain experience, and the ability to structure an integrated messaging program across all media and marketing efforts -- from CEO road-shows to targeted lead generation.
As the Director of Marketing Communications, you will drive strategic planning, development and coordination of all global marketing communications programs to promote the sale of Nimsoft SaaS solutions -- directly and through partner channels.
Further Responsibilities:
• Lead responsibility for company positioning, differentiation, and marketing communications across the company
• Successful programmatic design and execution of marketing communications strategies, including events, website, email newsletters, PR, and AR
• Develop and report on key performance metrics for marketing messaging, with a fact-based, A/B test focus
• Partner with CEO, CMO and sales leadership to ensure messaging and marcom programs meet our goals
• Lead other team members and agencies, with span of control determined by prior experience and demonstrated management skill
Who you are:
• 10-15 years experience in marketing communications and program management.
• Direct experience in advertising, events and/or public relations a plus
.• Proficient in positioning, clear competitive differentiation, high-profile executive and road show presentations, building sales tools
.• Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and delivering results with efficient use of resources
• Past history with a start-up is a plus
• Initiative to pursue knowledge to stay informed about products and abreast of competition
• Strong leadership, project management and problem solving skills
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented
