Móz Designs, Inc. specializes in manufacturing unique architectural metal products for a multitude of industries within the commercial sector. We are also expanding into new markets, both residential and other owner driven businesses. Our diverse metal products include column covers, feature walls, room dividers, canopies along with a new line of metal artwork and decorative metal laminates. We are currently celebrating 20 years in the Bay Area.
This position is an integral, decision-making position requiring a self-motivated individual who will champion our new products and visions. This candidate will be responsible for developing creative content for both print and web based platforms. We seek a key strategic and talented individual who can assist in driving the company brand and expand our identity with new products.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research new market territories; qualify key growth markets that expand opportunities for product placement and development;
- Develop and maintain of all marketing and collateral material, new and existing (i.e. website, brochures, postcards, catalogs, business, cards, envelopes, etc);
- Utilize product knowledge to assist with product implementation and specification;
- Maintain and create PowerPoint presentations for regional representation to utilize with potential clients;
- Manage and produce advertising for both print and online campaigns;
- Work with public relations director on editorial campaigns;
- Explore opportunities for direct mailings to specific qualified and targeted customers, new and existing.
- Analyze statistical data from quarterly marketing campaigns (i.e. ROI on advertising, email blasts, SEO, social media);
- Meet weekly with marketing coordinator; and
- Other projects and responsibilities as needed.
Requirements and Skills
- A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, graphics, web design and social media networking. Work within product, design/build, furniture or manufacturing environments is also a plus
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Expertise in development of copy, SEO integration and overall web expertise.
- Experience with product development and product launches a plus.
- Experience with mass emails, online, print and direct mail advertising campaigns a must.
- Proven track record with creating marketing and advertising spreadsheets and reporting tied out to budgetary controls. Google Analytics.
- Ability to schedule and manage multiple projects, and develop policies to ensure projects are well organized and on time.
- Knowledge of database programs, Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Software experience with Photoshop, In Design, Adobe CS3, 4, 5, Illustrator, Flash & Dreamweaver a plus. Imovie or similar also desireable.
- Experience working in a fast paced, creative environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business or related subject, or equivalent experience.
