Office Manager

Office Manager needed for a fast paced growing and successful Software Firm in San Mateo.
Our client offers an above average compensation package and great benefits!
Position will be responsible for basic office management duties including scheduling travel, assist with vendor management, collections and Sales Support.
Requires:
• Strong recent office management and sales support background
• Excel and PowerPoint experience
• 1+ years SalesForce.com
• Prior experience assisting and/or managing collections
• 3+ years Office Management (scheduling of travel, order supplies and assisting with projects as needed)
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Background with QuickBooks a plus!
• Must be high energy and have an above average ability to multi task and function in a fast paced 'start-up' environment.
• Bachelor's Degree
