We are a national vendor for several Fortune 500 clients and we currently have multiple immediate contract opportunities, both full-lifecycle recruiting and dedicated sourcing roles.
Our client has an immediate contract opportunity for a Sr. Recruiter on-site in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will have strong creative sourcing skills, outstanding business acumen and an attention to detail. This is a 3 month contract with the potential for extension.
This individual will possess an outstanding ability to partner with high-level decision makers, to uncover excellent talent in the marketplace, and to act as a business advisor with our clients as they shape their business through the hiring process.
Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including:
· Posting job advertisements
· Searching the Internet and relevant databases
· Networking and qualifying candidates.
· Screen, interview and register prospective professional candidates.
· Submit and review candidates with the sales staff and the customer.
· Assist in negotiating salaries and satisfying customers' needs.
· Respond to multiple orders, and provide professional support to managers.
· Candidates need to demonstrate the ability to quickly and accurately recruit and present candidates and create and maintain long lasting professional relationships.
· 6+ years of prior recruiting experience required
