Search Wizards is an Atlanta-based Consulting firm that is focused on the contract and direct hire placement of mid-to-senior level candidates for various roles in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition, including:  Recruiting Managers, Recruiters, Sourcers, Recruiting Coordinators, and Researchers.

We are a national vendor for several Fortune 500 clients and we currently have multiple immediate contract opportunities, both full-lifecycle recruiting and dedicated sourcing roles.

 

Our client has an immediate contract opportunity for a Virtual Engineering Recruiter. The successful candidate will have strong creative sourcing skills, outstanding business acumen and an attention to detail.  This is a 6 month contract with potential for extension.

This individual will possess an outstanding ability to partner with high-level decision makers, to uncover excellent talent in the marketplace, and to act as a business advisor with our clients as they shape their business through the hiring process.

Major responsibilities of the role include identification of highly qualified candidates, direct management of clients and candidates, facilitation of interview/assessment process, development of competitive offers in conjunction with the clients' various business entities, and assistance in developing initial integration plans.  Specific responsibilities:

·         Acts as a coach/confidant to both hiring authority and candidates, and communicates frequently with both

·         Articulates required candidate attributes, career value proposition, market positioning, and compensation/ relocation parameters in a compelling manner

·         Develops customized candidate sourcing strategy (which may include using search partners) for each search undertaken

·         Prepares extensively for interviews, to include, but not limited to, answering detailed candidate questions, assisting with setup of assessment days, and negotiating offers

·         Providing direction to recruiting associates as needed

 

Basic Qualifications:

·         Minimum 5-7 years full-cycle recruiting experience

·         3-5 years of recent experience recruiting engineering talent in a manufacturing environment

·         Bachelor's degree preferred

 

Professional Skill Requirements:

·         Familiarity with marketplace trends impacting  pay and benefits

·         Possesses excellent customer interaction style, including both exceptional oral and written communication skills

·         Experience writing documents for executive readers

·         Experience negotiating and writing offers

·         Professional acumen to interact effectively with senior executive leadership
