Must have knowledge of full life cycle sales process on both the client and candidate side. Capable of developing lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts. Proficient in Recruiting techniques such as vendor networking, job boards, Internet search, head hunting etc. Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
