Top five industry-ranked international software company seeks to add NA VP Sales.

$10-$20M sales; 50 person company; small field sales team

Responsibilities
Define Sales strategy as part of executive team - channels - partners - direct and indirect sales management.
Run the metrics, run the pipeline, run the playbook, run the team, run the policy.

Key Activities
Responsible for all planning, initiatives and execution of a forecast sales plan
Manages sales team
Responsible for Annual Plan Revenue projections and execution to plan
Business Strategy and Direct Sales
Channel Management
Sales Development Plans, Account Plans and Go-to Market strategies

You Will Have
Strong cultural fit in this similar to startup mode - must be very active and involved in field sales.
Must add true value - this is a working role and needs to make an impact.
Need hunger and ambition - spark and fire - fast moving - flexibility - fun and agile

Job Requirements
7 years experience in the software, energy, and/or carbon industry
Bachelors Degree in business or related field; Graduate degree preferred
Enterprise Level Software Sales Management
Knowledge of new and current technologies and trends in the EHS/GRC industry
Experience in a start up company
Good public speaking ability; enthusiastic and results-driven
