Marketing Communications Specialist
Santa Clara, CA
WhiteHat Security (www.whitehatsec.com) is looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to support our growing channel and marketing activities. This role is ideal for an entry-level marketing person who wants to learn from an experienced team of marketing professionals. Position is full-time and located in Santa Clara, CA.
Responsibilities:
• Be an excellent communicator both written and verbal
• Assist with writing and editing copy
• Assist with upkeep of corporate website & partner portal using DreamWeaver
• Assist with the creation of marketing tools and flyers using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Project manage social media accounts – Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc. and look for ways to cross communicate and disseminate information across social media channels.
• Project manage content for technical blog and ensure data is reviewed to ensure consistency
• Update corporate presentations
• Processing lead lists and data-cleansing records, pulling reports
• Manage our video creation process: writing editing scripts, coordinating resources
• Must be self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Required Skills:
• 3 to 4 years experience in a marketing role
• Bachelor's degree in a business related field, marketing, management, design
• Proficient with HTML and DreamWeaver and Adobe Suite of products
• Familiar with in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Graphic design skills a plus
