Title: Project Coordinator
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 mos (Quarterly Renewal)
Project coordination support to a project manager for a large initiative in Customer Advocacy. The candidate will help support and coordinate project efforts between 2 teams.
The tasks will be:
1. Create and maintain project schedule and ensure that resources are on track for their tasks.
2. Assist program managers in developing and maintaining the detailed project schedule.
3. Coordinate meetings, capture notes, capture action items, and assist in following up on action items.
4. Prepare and edit meeting minutes, presentations, and other meeting collateral.
5. Help manage the communications and forums.
6. Manage project documentation.
7. Ensure change requests are properly reflected in the project schedule and documentation.
8. Assist in collecting and maintaining Track status reports
Requirements:
- B.S Degree with 4+ years of Project Coordination or Specialist experience
MS Project proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and effective working in high pressure environment
- Experience on Livelink or Wiki Sites
- Excellent communication skills
