Sr Talent Acquisition Consultant/Recruiter Contract position w/ATS exp for Assurant - Duluth, GA (northeast Atlanta)
Assurant has an opening for a contract to perm Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. In our Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant role you will be a decision-influencer by informing staffing decisions with acute knowledge of the function, organization and deep expertise of external markets. To be successful in this role, you must possess talent strategy knowledge, business acumen, labor market expertise and lead generation. You will challenge, not just satisfy, hiring managers. Your expertise will be leveraged to influence hiring decisions and convey the business logic of recruiting recommendations. You will build pipelines using strategic sourcing and your ability to assess candidate quality, skills, and culture fit. You will then influence the employment decisions of such candidates and ensure new hires have skills to meet future business needs.
Required skills/experience
* Minimum 5+ years of recruiting including proficiency in all recruiting lifecycle components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, agency and offer negotiation, closing, administrative components, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management.
* 2 years proficiency in working on ATS systems
* Deep and current experience/knowledge of ATS system Taleo or comparable ATS
* Strong proficiency in building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
Desired skills/experience
* Deep and current experience/knowledge of ATS system Taleo or comparable ATS
* 10+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience.
* Strong proficiency in consulting with hiring managers, leveraging recruiting experience to influence hiring decisions.
