Jr. Recruiter
Dimensional Thinking, LLC is seeking to add a Junior Recruiter that is interested in growing in their recruiting career. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the technology field. The right candidate must be able to work independently, be highly self-motivated and self-directed. The junior recruiter needs to be confident in quickly identifying active candidates open positions and working with the senior recruiters to present qualified candidates to clients. In addition to a base salary and commission, Dimensional Thinking offers the opportunity to work virtually, choice of 2 insurance plans, and 401k benefits with a great match
Requirements
· 1-2 years experience preferably as a Technical IT Recruiter
· Experience in candidate generation using multiple channels such as sourcing, social media, and job boards.
· Ability to learn common IT terms and technologies in modern up-to-date IT shop
· Demonstrated flexibility in recruiting for various positions
· Exceptional skills in written and verbal communication
· Ability to work independently and be highly-productive
· Ability to work in a team oriented environment
· Self-directed and highly motivated
· Able to recruit on several disparate positions simultaneously
· Technical screening and behavioral-based interviewing skills
· Strong presentation skills
