Fluential is a well-funded start-up with a disruptive technology platform applicable to a variety of markets and environments for spoken multi-modal interaction with mobile devices. Our first consumer mobile app, Calio, is almost ready to be tested and we need an articulate, analytical and energetic individual to manage our beta program.
To be a good fit for this position, you should be an avid user of apps on your iPhone and appreciate how technology can improve wellness for individuals. This is a four-six month position in our Sunnyvale office. Candidate should expect to be working on-site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provides direct support to Fluential test participants through accurate and detailed support practices. Maintains friendly and helpful demeanor with testers at all times. Meets or exceeds departmental response time goals.
• Identifies potential project pitfalls and helps ensure successful completion of beta tests through effective communication and flexibility.
• Coordinates with internal Fluential stakeholders and test participants as appropriate on the resolution of problems. Is proactive in seeking assistance from other staff members as required to quickly resolve issues.
• Provides/daily weekly dashboard on beta metrics.
• Maintains accurate records of time and duties performed.
• Promptly advises management of any situation that will cause a substantial delay in resolving a customer problem.
• Responds promptly to messages and email and confirms receipt to customer, estimating resolution time if possible.
Qualifications:
• Good work ethic with an ability to adjust to constantly shifting schedules and time demands.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills. Works well with people.
• Familiar using survey tools like Survey Monkey or AYTM.
• Strong project and time management skills as well as familiarity with PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and has the ability to track and support multiple projects. Very detail oriented.
• Technically proficient with a variety of mobile operating systems and computer hardware and software. Should grasp complex technology easily and be able to learn new information quickly. Must currently use an iPhone.
• Previous beta testing experience helpful, especially with Test flight.
• Field Service or Call Center experience or related experience in customer service is a plus.
