Fluential is a well-funded start-up with a disruptive technology platform applicable to a variety of markets and environments for spoken multi-modal interaction with mobile devices. Our first consumer mobile app, Calio, is headed into beta and we need a savvy digital marketing expert to help us launch it.
As our leader in digital marketing, you should be an expert in
1. Digital Marketing Strategies and Media
2. Social Community Management
3. Online Content / Editorial Creation
4. Digital Production and Development
To be a good fit for this position, you should be an avid user of apps on your iPhone and appreciate how technology can improve wellness for individuals. This is a temp to perm position in our Sunnyvale office. Candidate should expect to be working on-site.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the app website.
• Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
• Conceive, create and execute innovative online media & marketing programs including paid search, advertising and SEO
• Overseeing the social media strategy for the company, including the creation and population of social media content including company blog
• Managing the launch of the app website as well as maintaining company website.
• Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the app website
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
• Responsible for managing customer communications through email automation and in-app push notifications
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree, preferably in business or marketing
• Experience in marketing automation, SEO, social media required
• Should be comfortable working in Word Press or html
• Digital media buying & implementation experience
• Familiarity with digital analytics & media tracking tools (Google Analytics)
• Experience managing digital production including outsourced production team resources
• Good work ethic with an ability to adjust to constantly shifting schedules and time demands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Creative /editorial copywriting experience a +
• Able to work independently, but also works well in a small team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and has the ability to track and support multiple projects.
• Ideally 5-7 years' experience in a previous role
