General Job Description

Inside Sales & Renewal Sales Representative:
You will focus on the sales and process management for renewal sales. The goal of the position is to drive renewal revenue and retention of the customer base. The rep will be responsible for improving renewal rates across all sizes of organizations and levels of roles, with primary focus on Mid-Market and small to mid-sized business. You should be comfortable making 50-60 daily outbound calls to customers to ensure sales/upgrades/renewals are moving forward and respond to any objections they may have before buying. You will own the sales process, driving the sale from initial communication to close.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the sales cycle and drive the sales process by outbound mining of installed base
Drive sales process by responding to incoming customer inquiries and identifying sales opportunities
Follow-up via email and phone with customers to ensure questions are answered and orders placed
Document and insure the accuracy of client information in Salesforce.com or CRM System
Participate in the design, development, and implementation of processes and to increase sales and efficiency
Articulate our clients' enhanced offerings in order to identify and cross-sell opportunities
Maintain a funnel and pipeline of sales opportunities in Salesforce.com or CRM System
50-60 outbound calls per day

Keys to Success:
• Meet monthly sales goals
• Work with prospects and customers over the phone to close them!
• Deliver online presentations and demonstrations
• Generate a sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and accurately forecast pipeline
• Complete sales orders and other documentation required for close of a deal
• Work revenue opportunities through closure

Skills Required:
• Pre-call planning
• Opportunity qualification and objection handling
• Time and territory management
• Excellent follow-up and pipeline management skills
• Knowledge and experience working with a CRM systems
• Proficient computer (and quantitative) skills, including word processing and Excel spreadsheets
• Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Detail oriented

Other Requirements and Preferences:
BA/BS degree with a light technical background/aptitude preferred
Renewals and Inside sales experience preferred
Familiarity working with in Salesforce.com (CRM systems) preferred
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to proactively manage and drive a sales cycle
Professional, positive team player


Compensation: This position will receive $12-$16 per hour plus bonus and health insurance benefits.
