Responsibilities Include:
 Manage full cycle recruitment process in a fast paced, deadline driven environment including: develop position descriptions, post ads, source candidates, review resumes, conduct thorough interviews and reference checks
 Create and implement new and unique candidate generation strategies for both passive and active candidates. Utilize current and innovative sourcing methods including online networking, internet sites, associate referrals, alumni groups and maintaining contact with candidates in our internal network
 Write candidate biographies in a marketing voice
 Schedule interviews and update resumes
 Provide skill-based feedback and recommendations regarding candidates' strengths and areas of
development
 Work closely with high level hiring managers during the entire search
 Drive the entire process to a start or placement
Skills Required:
 Staffing agency experience a must
 Bachelor's degree
 7+ years' experience in full-cycle recruiting
 Excellent communication and networking skills, professional demeanor, strong customer service
 Proven track record in generating a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
 Ability to sell past objections with clients and candidates and drive the recruitment process
 Ability to exercise judgment and discretion with a high level of integrity
 Exceptional follow-through and detail-orientation
 Thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks
 Passionate about being part of and contributing to the growth of Sage
 Energetic, positive attitude, eager to learn and a strong team player
