The Sage Group is looking for a Sr. SMB Marketer to work for a leading cloud computing and software company to manage their annual national conference. This person will support a high impact communications program as part of an annual company conference in November 2013.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate with Communications and Corporate Events teams to support the communications program at this annual company conference.
- Act as project manager to identify team deliverables and set realistic deadlines for materials and activities to support the SMB experience.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics for the conference including presentations, event schedule, onsite meeting space and CEO logistics .
- Coordinate individual meeting schedules for press, analyst and executive attendees using event scheduling tools.
- Manage all aspects of the SMB experience.
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of experience coordinating events with cloud and saleforce experience
- Previous experience managing high-touch, influencer events
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and set realistic expectations
- Positive attitude, initiative, preparedness and creativity
- Proficiency in Saleforce and presentation tools would be helpful
Timing: 3 months, 40 hours/week
Start: Immediately
Location: SF
