Our client is a global technical organization that has grown considerably over the last couple of years and looking to establish a footprint in the next phase of data storage. Across the board, a complex business transformation warrants the staffing of high caliber project managers to foster success for our client's business. The client has turned to Ulixes Consulting for project management expertise within the business transformation realm, to support its efforts to smooth the transformational shift company-wide.
Responsibilities
Project management activities will include, but will not be limited to:
• Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of project plans to ensure status is up to date and functional leads are held accountable for their work product
• Proactively identifying and managing risks, issues and actions, driving to timely closure
• Providing progress reports and metrics dashboard for executive level transparency
• Ability to build strong partnerships across the stakeholder community
• Out of the box thinking to drive operational excellence and streamline processes
• Manage change control process to ensure project plan is aligned with portfolio expectations
