Job Responsibilities:
Partner with key stakeholders throughout the organization to collect feedback on current marketing landscape, understand new market trends, competitors, and overall GTM strategy
Lead cross functional teams for the development of tactical action plans for sustained growth in key customer segments
Develop and manage relations with partners, distribution channels, and external stakeholders to drive sales growth, profit margin and gain market share
Develop key messaging and tools that communicate product/service value via multiple marketing channels
Ability to conceptualize complex customer marketing issues and provide a plan to address these challenges on a global scale (across multiple theaters)
Focus on growing existing accounts to drive new business
Develop sales strategies to align with marketing development program
Defining and managing project scope to align with the overall project plan
Identify and manage risks, issues and escalating when required
Qualifications:
Senior level Marketing Manager
- Track record for creating strong marketing development programs
- Group leader with strong leadership qualities
- Has strong analytical and business planning skills to drive, manage, and execute marketing plans
- High performance individual
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
