CLIENT ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR
Leading our relationship management team, you will be responsible for successful launch of new clients and management of continuing clients (portfolio management) i.e. performing quarterly account reviews to understand alliance health and lifecycle status. You will address key issues, and identify opportunities to enhance and grow alliance services and value proposition. Importantly, you will also ensure effective resource utilization to drive desired levels of ROI. You will cultivate alliance relationships and work to establish and implement standardized processes and best practices for all aspects of the sales cycle and account management, pricing, lifecycle management process, services and associated budgets.

You will mentor and develop your team to fully engage and help them understand how they can best partner with clients to uncover opportunities to upsell, with outstanding quality and service, and thereby model "proactive" client account management. As part of this, you will ensure understanding of all financial aspects of this lifecycle process to ensure the most effective plans are being developed for and with the client. You will serve as a role model to motivate staff to engage in cross-team collaboration, mentoring and developing them in performance/skills, but also in terms of core Company values.


REQUIREMENTS:

• 8+ years people management experience (prefer PR/professional services background) within a technology related business
• Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally, app. 40+%
• Demonstrated success in professional development and performance of staff. Model and exemplify collaboration and teamwork (2 core values of Inventures)
• Demonstrated success in building, nurturing and maintaining positive client relationships
• Proven track record in strategic leadership with client lifecycle management, and ensure proactive management of client portfolio revenue/profitability
• Proven record in defining and implementing industry best practices
• Strong project management expertise
