Position Overview: Bergerson Group is seeking a recent MBA graduate to work with Cisco in their Commercial Channel Sales Operations organization. In this role you will:
 Learn how an industry leading company develops incentives and promotions to increase revenue through indirect resale channels
 Gain hands on experience, using your excellent data analysis skills, to help the client measure and monitor the impact of the promotions and incentives
 Learn how to prepare reports for senior management, using tools such as Sales Force.Com, and communicate effectively with the leadership team
Responsibilities Include:
 Data analysis: creating pivot tables, graphs, etc
 Creating metrics package for management team in PowerPoint
Skill Sets:
 Advanced Excel skills
 Excellent analytical skills
 Strong understanding of PowerPoint , including finding relevant imagery to tell a story within PowerPoint.
 MBA with a concentration in Marketing or Finance
 Past experience working in high tech is a plus
 Eager to learn and get the job done
