Job Title Sales Development Representative
Hire Details:
Sales Development Representatives (SDR) Primary focus is to drive heavy cold calling efforts to identify new accounts, opportunities, and revenue. Nurture identified/3rd party lead generation opportunity to qualified status and strategically engage field
^Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order work successfully with customers in high stress and or ambiguous situations.
- Knowledge of department geography, customer install base entitlement, and part number identification, as needed for parts dispatch decisions.
- Ability to use multiple computer applications in a Windows environment and move from one application to another quickly and seamlessly.
Responsibility and Interaction:
- The types of tasks this individual is responsible for are generally routine in scope and build skills in basic practices and procedures.
- The processes used to solve problems are clearly defined.
- This individual interacts primarily with their direct manager and the technical team on assigned projects.
- Regular and detailed direction is provided to them by their manager.
- The ideal candidate works cooperatively with other team members to achieve team goals.
^Education & Experience:
- 2 or more years of experience in a fast paced, customer-facing environment
- 2 or 4 year college degree preferred.
