This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and is located in Sunnyvale, CA.
Responsibilities
· Uncover and develop new sales opportunities
· Manage the execution of the sales process, from qualification through closing
· Effectively communicate HotLink's ability to uniquely satisfy customer technical requirements
· Prepare business cases and communicate ROI to senior management
· Independently drive and close $50K to $1M deals in a highly competitive environment
· Work collaboratively with HotLink services team to ensure successful project implementation
Requirements
· Intense, hungry, driven personality with a track record of winning ·
5-10 years of enterprise software sales experience
· Solid knowledge of virtualization software and data center environments
· Strong communication skills with above average relationship building ability
· Documented track record of exceeding quota
· Strong competitive drive, work ethic and a willingness to do what it takes to succeed
· BA or BS degree required
