Recruiting and Sales Account Manager

We're looking for someone like you to join our team to help us grow new territories and develop new customers. Our objective is to partner with companies in Silicon Valley to help locate the best talent for their organizations. You will bring your prior experience in recruiting and sales along with a knack for matching the best talent to our customers' needs.
Your Role:
• Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates by contacting key decision makers and utilizing your network to scout talent
• Participate in pro-active business development endeavors by continuously promoting our brand, attending business networking events and looking for new growth opportunities
• Continuously be on the look-out for the best and brightest talent to represent our company in contracting and contingency placement opportunities in accounting/finance, technical and other professions
• Identify client needs and place individuals in contract and full-time opportunities. Successfully negotiate contract pricing and placement fees with clients and candidates
• Actively recruit, interview, asses and provide reference checks for candidates you will represent to clients
• Provide on-going service to clients who hire contractors effectively manage day-to-day employee relations issues and employee/client follow-up
Your Skills:
• Previous experience selling contingency recruitment/placement services
• Heavy recruitment experience for a variety of positions and professions
• Ability to identify the best talent and develop credible relationships with clients and candidates during the sales and recruitment process
• Proven success in the offer process that results in successfully closing candidates
• Hard core selling skills with fearless cold calling techniques that reach key decision-makers
• Demonstrated track record of success against quota
• Excellent communication and relationship development skills
You will earn a base salary plus a competitive commission plan with an unlimited upside potential. We provides access to our Group medical benefit plan with a portion of your premium paid by the company.
