Title: Data Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 12 months with quarterly renewal
Primary duties are to manage the day-to-day financial and business reports for the LS Operations Mgr.
Requirement:
- Pull monthly reports from the financial systems monthly
- Update budget templates with data on a monthly basis
- Post documents in the data management system
- Create and maintain financial reports as needed
- Work with key personnel to create and maintain an Legal Service Operations community
- Publish financial dates to LS calendars and Outlook calendars
- Pull Open PO reports and accruals reports on a monthly basis
- Open purchase requisitions, manage monthly PO accruals and invoicing
- Work with Multicast Listeners Discovery, Operations and Private Sector Partners (as needed) to manage monthly budget reports
- Align cross charges with associated PO spend and generate reports
- Work with Multicast Listeners Discovery and Private Sector Partners to generate quarterly request reports
- Create and manage excel templates
- Advanced Excel experience required
- B.S. Degree and 3 years of related experience
