Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking two full time Web Copywriter consultants for a short term assignment with our client Lexmark. The Web Copywriters will be responsible for copy editing, writing and proofreading content for Lexmark.com. Candidacy for these assignments requires proven web copywriting experience.
Specific responsibilities include:
An effective, efficient web copy editor approach, modifying existing web copy to create refreshed benefits-driven, relevant, persuasive web copy
Collaborate with Marketing to track messaging and hierarchy
Manage time efficiently to meet all project deadlines
Proofread projects for clarity and accuracy as well as brand and legal compliance
Skills:
5+ years of copywriting and editing experience with an emphasis in web within the Technology industry, B2B
Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills. Must have an exceptional grasp of grammar, syntax and style.
Solid proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
BA/BS in Journalism, English, Communications, PR or similar
RATE: $30/hour as a W-2 employee of Crawford Group;
LOCATION: 100% remote: work where you live
HOURS/DURATION: Full-time 3 month project
