Position: Finance Program Mgr.
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 9-months w/ possibility of extension
Responsibilities:
- Assist in solution recommendations and provide process recommendations for FY13, and FY14.
- Assist in delivering Roadmap for FY13 Restatements, and FY14 Restatements based on the landscape, and driving factors (Shared responsibility, assisting the Management Team).
- Vendor Resource Management across different locations, and staffing up based on the requirements and guidelines given by manager.
- Assessment: of various components of Restatement ranging from Sales Operations to Finance to Subscribers (e.g. Partner Org), and different levels of process and solution maturity of current solutions used in the different Theaters (Asia Pacific, Japan, China, US/C, etc.)
- Program Management & execution: end to end coordination of the agreed upon deliverables. (Not limited to, but incl. Risk Management, Master Project Plan management, Stakeholder Communications, Weekly/monthly updates, War Room Management, Schedule management, Working with various stakeholders WW (FP&A, Sales Ops, etc), and other Company entities incl. Company-IT, GBS, Datawarehousing, etc. i.e. all aspects of Financial Program Management).
- Requirements/Process: Business Requirements- (BRD), Process documents, etc. as applicable.
- Standardize and Optimize (Phase 1/Phase 2) and assist is forming a repeatable Restatement model that can be used year over year. (as a Managed Service if applicable).
Required:
- Degree and 5+ years of related experience
- Project/Program Mgr. with strong Finance background.
- Must have solid Finance process knowledge.
- Must have experience with Quarter End Restatements.
