I am conducting a search for a new Director of Human Resources for a law firm with headquarters in downtown Los Angeles and a branch office here in SF. The position is in LA. You will be overseeing over 400 staff, 200 of whom are attorneys. You will have four direct reports. You will be reporting to the Managing Director. Previous law firm experience is not required.
This firm seeks highly intelligent, self motivated employees. They pride themselves on hiring the best.Should you have an advance degree in HR (PHR/SPHR) that would be great. Someone with 10 years experience max would be fine. Please be a candidate who comes from a similar sized firm.
