This position drives achievement of diversity and inclusion (D&I) projects and initiatives in support of Diversity Council continuous process improvement efforts and Corporate D&I priorities. Acts as Program Leader for MFC diversity and inclusion programs, and assists in developing D&I goals, strategies, and initiatives as directed by Diversity Council and D&I leadership.

We are searching for experience in these areas:
1) Manage training and task execution for Diversity Council Focus Area Teams
2) Develop processes to effectively manage Employee Resource Groups and Employee Networks and provide support for Corporate Leadership Forums
3) Conduct reviews to identify barriers in attracting, retaining and developing a diverse workforce
4) Schedule and manage D&I projects,
5) Analyze culture survey results and develop recommendations
6) Travel and represent company at conferences, professional associations and business meetings
7) Assist with setting D&I strategy
8) Experience with the development and management of relationships with internal and external diversity & business groups
9) Prepare data and reports for management review
10) Provide recommendations for D&I training and awareness initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic fast paced environment is a must.
This role will work with Corporate Communications, Community Relations and other organizations to ensure alignment of organizational objectives.
Designs and plans significant education and awareness events and activities that advance MFC’s D&I strategy.
Successful candidate must think strategically, operate tactically and impact collaboratively.
Bachelors and 10 years of related experience or Masters and 8 years of related experience
