This position will also serve as the talent champion who assists in identifying, developing and retaining talent that enhances team performance. This position is responsible for transforming core values into common practices at all levels of the organization and will be recognized as the culture ambassador. The successful candidate will: set high standards of performance for themselves and others; be professional in both word and actions in any situation; seek new knowledge and experiences; have an analytical mindset that can utilize factual data to develop solutions; be self-aware and adjust accordingly to different environments. In this role, the HRBP performs under general direction. Participates in determining objectives of assignment. Plans schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives. The successful candidate for this important HR Business Partner role will support multiple disciplines within the Technical Operations and Applied Research (TOAR) organization in all relevant business initiatives. They will work closely with Functional TOAR directors and managers in Grand Prairie TX, Orlando FL and other locations to develop strategies and deliver HR initiatives and processes such as Talent Management, Salary Planning, Performance Management, promotion planning, and rewards & recognition, enabling client groups to meet their business objectives.
