The Sage Group is looking for an experienced Senior Director of Integrated Marketing who can define and implement a strategy to rapidly grow a consumer base for a company that helps consumers retire with more money!
Responsibilities Include
· Create overall strategy about how to increase customer adoption
· Develop customer insights to uncover attitudes and behaviors toward their initiatives.
· Develop multi-channel marketing strategy.
· Refine brand and product marketing.
Skills Required
· 10+ years of experience in B2C marketing strategy development preferably within Finance/Investment industry
· Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred.
· Ability to think strategically and determine largest opportunities to increase product adoption and usage
· Proven organizational and leadership skills
· Proven track record of driving initiatives through to execution
· Results oriented; set strategy and roll up sleeves to get plan executed
· Prior experience with product positioning with an understanding of how to run campaigns including: email, direct response, web, radio, press
· Entrepreneurial mindset. Flexible attitude and comfortable working virtually.
Timing: Part-time, 6+ months
Start: December 2nd
Location: Remote
