•PayWithMyBank is a low-cost online payment alternative to PayPal & credit cards, available to 100% of U.S. consumers with a bank account.
•Our customers are online businesses and nonprofits who integrate us as a payment option for their consumers or donors to use. We help businesses increase sales by providing access to more US consumers than PayPal or credit cards, with a user experience that is truly easy. We also help them grow their profits by shrinking payment costs.
•Consumers love us because they can pay quickly and easily - without ever reaching for their wallet and looking for a credit card, debit card or getting their checkbook. All they need to pay is the info they use all the time - their online banking ID and password.
•PayWithMyBank also helps consumers avoid credit card debt – by letting them pay with the money they already have in their bank account.
•Founded in 2010, we've raised $26M from international VC firms. Our Chairman is the former President of the Consumer Card Group at American Express.
About the Role:
•PayWithMyBank is an early stage payments company. We are looking for a smart, creative, motivated, metrics-driven marketer to drive marketing campaigns, messaging and product marketing projects.
•You will report directly to the VP Marketing.
•This role can be based in Redwood City, CA or Denver, CO.
Responsibilities:
•Partner with our customers (online businesses and nonprofits that integrate PayWithMyBank as a payment option) on marketing campaigns to promote PayWithMyBank to their customers or donors.
•Work with product and design teams to create prototypes to test so we can optimize messaging and the user experience.
•Partner with sales team to create effective collateral.
•Develop effective marketing assets (like videos, testimonials, case studies) that we can use both online and offline.
Requirements:
•2-3 years of relevant experience in consumer marketing, ideally in the internet (online and/or mobile) or another fast moving industry.
•Must be high energy, proactive, collaborative, flexible, efficient, a quick study, and have a sense of humor.
•Have a natural tendency to put process in place and strive for efficiency.
•Comfortable working collaboratively across PayWithMyBank and our partners and customers to ensure the deliverables meet deadlines.
•Experience in creation and execution of marketing collateral.
•Exceptional execution and 100% follow-through.
•Strong detail orientation and project management skills.
•Exceptional communication skills - oral and written.
•BA/BS from competitive undergraduate program.
Desired:
•Experience working in both a fast-moving startup and at a larger, established, process-driven organization.
•Experience working collaboratively with a sales team.
•Recent experience launching a new product and developing marketing programs to support it beyond launch.
