Title: Program Manager (Business Process Management)
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 mos+ (possibility of extension)
Experis has an exciting position for a Program Manager with a high technology company in the Silicon Valley with the following skills:
- 10+ years experience in Business process Modeling and Workflow Modeling
- Preferred hands-on experience using ProVision Business Process Analysis Software for Business process development, delivery, Training and Documentation or similar software.
- Experience in other Industry Standard Business Process modeling software will be also considered.
- Manage the Service Level and Relationship Management process, procedures, and teams
- Ability to communicate to clients and stakeholders clearly, appropriately and as needed
- Manage Escalations and Client Experience
- Ability to manage critical incidents effectively meeting SLA and look at Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management & Configuration Management
- Provide guidance in response to policy and process questions from partners, internal support teams, and the IT community.
- Act as the point of effective control over coordination, communication, escalation, and follow up for issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage competing high priority tasks.
- Ability to multitask
- Sound communication, team and people skills
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others
- Independent, Accountable, Sense of urgency, Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work in a global environment
- Experience with Full project life cycle experience and process knowledge
- Worked with stakeholder engagement to manage changes, expectations, releases and training
- Ability to work with different business entities across IT and operations
- Strong background and experience in software methodology, development and execution and report generation is preferred
