Campaign Specialist
Location: San Jose, CA or RTP NC
Duration 12 mos+ (renewable on a quarterly basis)
Experis has a Campaign Specialist for our client. This position is to support the team to achieve database marketing execution, define, execute, manage, track and analyze marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Reuirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with a strong track record in demand generation, direct marketing, database marketing and/or internet marketing and a strong aptitude for learning tools such as Unica, Eloqua, Marketo, Epiphany, Business Objects, Siebel Analytics, SAS, SPSS, and Excel, Visio, Tableau
- Strong knowledge of privacy and permission marketing
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required
Key skills required:
- Sound project management skills
- General knowledge of database structures and marketing campaign flows
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to multitask and attention to detail
- Strong client facing consultancy, ability to work across all levels within a global organization
- Strong communication and Presentation skills
Desirable skills:
- Account management and experience of working in an International company/environment
- Experience working with an off-shored marketing support centre will be an advantage
- Fluency in French, Spanish or Portuguese would be an asset
Duties:
- Define campaign objectives and agree success measurement criteria
- Coordinate Campaign Management, set up, ensure completion and answer any follow up questions/concerns
- Ensure target segmentation is clearly defined and agreed to meet program objectives
- Confirm and agree definition of data sources and contact journey
- Set up call centre briefing, if required
- Communicate, agree and facilitate program deliverables and timetable
- Define testing criteria
- Coordinate activities with creative agency
- Manage and act as liaison with all campaign stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution
