The Sage Group is looking for a Registration and Housing Manager for a leading virtualization software company located on the Peninsula. This position will be responsible for strategic large scale corporate global events.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage all registration queries from call center.
- Registration reporting to internal and external groups.
- Administer travel and expense policies.
- Point of contact for employee registration and housing.
- Manage AMEX relationship for core employee travel.
- Work with logistics vendor housing team.
- Manage housing contracts and billing guidelines.
- Analysis of how housing and travel expense impact budget.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience managing registration and housing for trade show events
- Exceptional knowledge of housing and field blocks ensuring that agencies are managing them on a large scale.
- Analytical and results oriented
- Ability to multi task and proactively project manage
- Outstanding team player with superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Undergraduate degree a must.
Skills Preferred:
- Active or other like platform experience
Timing: 4+ months
Start: 10/1/13
Location: Onsite SF or Peninsula office then remote after 90 days, International Travel
